2. That the pcoposed nse will aot advecaely affect the adjoining lend uses end the gmwth and development of

proposed use in a menner not detrimentel to the particulue erea nor to tha peace, health, seEety, end general welfere
of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. That the gfenting of the i.onditionel Use Petmit under the conditions imposed, !f any, wlll not be dettimental
to the peace, health, safety, and genecel welfare oE the Citizens of the City of Anatieim.
5. That the'petitioner stipulated that he was proposing a family billiard center with a
miniature auto car race track which he would bo operating himself, and that the center would
be lighted with 75-foot candle power and the windows would be open for view Prom the outside.
6. That no one appeared in conditional opposition to sub~ect petition.

Petition foc Conditionel Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are heceby found to be a necesaery pserequisite
to the proposed use of the subject properry ir, order to pceserve the safety and general welfe:e of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim:
1, That subject property shall be daveloped substantially in accordanee with plans
