NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVFD that the Meheim City Plenning Commission does heceby grant subject
Petition for Conditionel Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary precequisite
to the pmposed use of the subject pcoperty in order to pceserve the sefety end genecal welfere of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim:
1. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of
15¢ per front foot along Ball Road, for.tree planting pUrposeso
2. That trash.storage areas shall be provideu in.accordance with approved plans on
file in the o:fice of the Director of Public Works.
3o That s~~bject property shall be de~eloped substantially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 30
4o That Condition Nosa 1, 2, and 3, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior
to the issuance of a Business License or within 1~0 days from date hereof, whichever occurs
