A RESQLUZ'ION OF THE CITY PLANNING COfuiMISSIQN OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM RE(S~MMENUING TO THE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NOo 422 BE TERMINATID
WHFREASy the City Council on October 1, 1963 did grant Conditional Use Permit Noo 422,
by Resolution No~ 63R-77Ry and
WHEREASv said Conditional Use Permit was granted subject to the property beinq developed
substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file in the City, and
WHFREAS, Tentative Map of Tract No~ 56239 Revision Noo 1 was £iled and approved by the
Planning Commission on.May 25, 1964y for the easteriy 10 acres of property proposed for develop-
ment under Conditional Use Permit Noo 422, and
WHEREAS, the developer of subject proper•ty proposes to subdivide the remainder of the
property proposed.for reclassification in Reclassification Noo 62-63-~I12, and
WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit Noo 4229 proposed a multiple family residential deve]op-
menty and was.'approved with conditions attached thereto~
NOW, THEREFQR£9 BE IT f~ESOLI~ID that the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim
does hereby reco;~mand to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Petition for Conditiona'1
Use Permit Noo 422.be terminated„
AI~ID.BE IT FURTHFR RESOLVID that Condition Nos, 1 and 2 of Reso'lution Noa 63R-77R
approving said Conditional Use Permit, be made a part of Reclassification No~ 62-63-]12, Resolution'
No~ 63R-777y based.on the fact that Conditional Use Permit No~ 422 is no longer app'liceble to the
development of subject property„
