WHEREAS, the City Planniag Commie=_f~ aE the ^,.'.`; o: .;~aueim did ini~;,iate a verified petition
for Condi'tional Use Permit on certain_property situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as the North 74000 feet of the East 200 feet of
the South four (4) acres of the East ten (10) acres of the South twenty (20) acres of the
Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 18, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Sook 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, recor.ds of Orange County9 California; EXCEPTING the Easterly 60.00 feet lying within
the right of way of Brookhurst Avenue

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commiasion did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
June 8~ 1964~ et 2:00 dclock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given es iequired by
law and in acrntdance with the pravisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence
for end against sa;d pcoposed conditianel use and to investigate and malse findings and recommendetions in coanection
therewith; end . ,
WHEREAS, said Commissioa, after due inspectioa, investigetion, end study .;ade by itself end in its 6ehalf, and
after due consideration of all evidence aad reports offe:ed at said heariag, does find end determine the following £ects:
1. That the proposed nse is properly oae for which a Conditional.Use Pesinit is authodzed by this Code, to
wih establish an existing wheel alignment and brake adjustment shop as a conforming use in
the C-1,'Neighborhood Commercial, Zonee
2. Thet the ptopased use wflll aot advecsely affect.the edjoiaing land uses end the growth end development of
the esea in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the size and shepe of the site proposed for the use is adequete to allow the full development ofthe
proposed use in a menner not detrimentel t0 ~~ perticular erea nor to the peace, health, sefety, end general welfere
of the Citizens of the City of Meheim. ,
4. Thet the grenting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and genecal welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grent subject
Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which ace hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in ocder to preserve the sefety and general welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Aneheim:
la That this Conditionai Use Permit is granted subject to the comp'!etion of Reclassificat-
ion Noo 63-64~118 covering subject propertyo
