A RESOLUTION OF T[-1E CTPY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CTTY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PHRMIT 579 BE GRANTED ;j
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commissfon of the City of Anaheim did initiate a verified ~
Petition for Conditional Use Permit on certain :eal property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as described in Exhibit °A" attached hereto and referred
to herein as though set forth in fulle Property owned bys Mr. Jack Ao Ferguson, et a19 c~o

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a publfc hearing at the City Hall in
the City of Anaheim on June I5, 1964, at 2:00 o°clock PoMo, notice of said public hearing
having b~en duly given as required by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim
Municipal code, Chapter 18064, to hear and consider evidence for and against said proposed
conditfonal use and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection there-
with; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, aFter due inspeciion, investigationy and study made by
its~if and in its behalf, and after due consideratior of all evidence and reports offered
at said hearing, dees find and determine the following factss' ,
lo That the existing use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is
authorized by this Code, to wit: Establish an existing service station as a conforming use
in tt~e C-1, Neighborhood Co,-nmercial, Zone within 75 feet of a single family residence on -
sub3ect propertyo
2o That the existl.ng use was established under Reclassification Noo 60-61-43a
3e That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any,
will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of
the City of Anaheim.
