law and in eccoedance with tho provisioas of the Maheim Municlpel Code, Chaptee 18.72, to hear ead consider evidence
for and against seid ptoposed seclassificetion and to investlgate and make findinga and eecommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commiasion, efter due inspection, invest~getlon, end atudy made by itself en~ Sn its behelf, and
efter du~ consideration of ell evidence end reports offe~ed at seid headng, doea find and determine the following fects:
