THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 1612 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Aneheim did receive a verified Peti'tion for Vedance
from SOUTHERN COUNTIES GAS COMPANY, P, 0, Box 2736, Terminal Annex, Los Angeles 54,
California, Owner; JOHN Fo GANAHL, Po 0, Box 31, Anaheim, California, Agent of certain
real.property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as.~.ot Noso 11, 12, 23, 24, Block 3 of the Santa Fe Tract, as shown on the
map recorded in Book 21, Page 49, of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California,
and further desc:ibsd as 114 North Topeka Street
; and
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Artnheim
on December 23~ 19639 et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given es required
by law and in accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.68,4o hear and consider
evidence for and against seid proposed variance end to inves~igate and meke findings and recommendations in connec-
tion therewith; ond
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, end study made by itself and in its behalf,
iand after due cansideretion of all evidence end ~eports offemd as seid hearing, does find and detecmine the following

1. That the petitioner requests e variance from the Aneheim Municipel Code: SeCtion 18036o01U to permit

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Ar:eheim City Planning Commfssion does hereby grant subJect
Petitioa for Veriance, upon the foilowing conditiona which ere hereby found to be e necessary precequieita to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general weifare af the Cltizens of the City of
Aneheim.
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file
in the office of the.Director of Public Wcrks, prior to final building inspection.
2a That $ubject property shall.be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specif.ications.on file witl-~ the Ci+.y of Anaheim, marked "Exhibit No, 1". .
3: That"a'b-foot solid fence or wall shall be constructed along the north property prior
to final building inspection, as stipulated by the petitionero
