RECOMMENDING TO THa CITY COUNCIL OF THP CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0. 64-65-7 HE APPRO'!ID
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City oE Anaheim did initiate a verified Petition
for Reclassification on certain real property situated tn the City of Hnaheim, County
of Orange, State of Califprnia, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred
to herein as though set forth in full

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission d€d hold a public hearing et the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on
M;onday9 Juiy 209 :9649 et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given es required
by law and in accordence with the provlsions of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear and coneider evi-
dence for and egainst seid p~oposed reclassificetIon end to investigete end make findings end recommendatioas in
connection theiewith: end
WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by ltself and in iis behalf,
end efter due considecation of all evidence and reports oHered et s:.~ headng, does find end detxrinine the following
fects:
1. That thf~ Planning Ca~issinn. proposas the reclassif3cation of .t#~e above described
property fram the existing R-A, Zone -ta establish an existing service station as. a
conforming usF to tha C-ly Zoneo
2o That an amandment to the General P1an is deemed unnecea3ary, because the size of
the parce2 pr~osed for reclassification would not generally affect the City's policies
in this areae '
3o That the present use of suoject property is a service station witha~ 75 feet of
a singie famiiy resident3ai area, in the A-A, Zonee
