A 12ESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMLSSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF~ E CITY OF ANAHBIM THAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0. "'"65"B BE APPROVED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Meheim did initiate a verified Petition
for Reclassification on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim. Countv

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold e public hearing et the City Hell in the City of pnehetm on
MOnday~ July 20~ 1964, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing heving been duly given as cequired
by lew end in eccnrdence wIth the provisions of the Meheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear end consider evi-
dence for and egeinat said proposed reclassificetion end to investigate and meke findings end recommendetIona ia
connection therewith: and
WHEREAS, eaid Commisaion, eker due inspection, inveatigetion, end study mede by itself and in Its behelf,
and eher due consideretlon of all evidence and reports offered et seid heedng, does find end determine the following
facts:
1.Thatthe P]anning Commission proposes the reclassification of the above described
property f.rom the.R-A, Zone to establish an ex~sting contractors storage yard as a
conformir,g use to the C-1, Zonee
2. That an amendment to the General Plan is deemed unnecessary, because the size of
the parcel proposed for reclassification would not generally affect the City's policies
ir: this areae
3. That it is the understanding of the Gommission that subject and the abutting property
t~ the -iorth are undei one owr~ership and that if the northerly property were sold this
would create a landlocked parcel of subJect property, therefore the proposed reclassification
is .deemed necessarye
4. That C-1 Zoning was requested for subject property in conjunction with the abutting
property to the norEh fronting on Lincoln Avenue under Reclassification No. 59-60-89,
but was not approved for subjec{; proFerty.
5. That Variance Nos. 853 and 1062 be terminated.
6. That no one appeared in opposition to sub~ect petition

R-A; Residential Agricultural, Zone and to incorporate said described property unconditionally
into the C-1, Neighborhood Commercial, Zone.
