A RESOLUTI~N OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMEND?NG TO THE CII': ~OUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANANEiM THAT
PETITION ~OR RECLASSIFICATION N0. 64-6~- HE APPROVm
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission oE the\City of Maheim dld initiate a verif ied petition
for Reclassification on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred ta
herein as though set forth in full
Property owned bys Tide Water Realty Company, 4201 Wilshire Boulevard,
Los Angeles 5, California

WHEREAS, the Ciry Plenning Commission did hold a public headng at the City Kail in the City of pneheim on
Monday~ July 20, 1964 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public headng having been duly givm ea required
by ;aw end in eccordance v~ith the provisioas of the Mehetm Municipel Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear end consider evi-
dence for and egainst seid proposed reclessificetion and to investigete end meke flndings end recommendetions in
connection therewith: and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, aRer due inspection, investigetion, end study made by itself and in its behelf,
~d efter due consideretion of ell evidence and reports offered at seld hearing, does find end determine the Eollowing
fects:
1.Thetthe Planning Cnmmissim proposes the reclassification of the above described
property from the existing C-39 Zone to establish an existing service station as a
conforming use deed restricted to service station use only to the C-1, Zone.
2e That an auaendment to the General Plan is deemed unnecessary, because the size of
the aarcel prDpo88d for reclassification would not generally affect the City's policies
in this areao
3e That the present uso of subJect pro~erty is a service station within 75 feet of a
aingle ramily residencee
4. That the existing use was established under Reclassificatian Noe 56-57-90,
5e That no one appeared in oppositioq to subject petitione

to ~1+e City Council of the City oE Anaheim that snbject PeUtion for Reclaesiflcatioa be apptov~d ~d, bq so doing,
Ghet Title 1&Zoning of the Aeeheim Muaicipel Code be emended to exclude the above described P~oPertY from the
C-3, Heavy Commercial, Zone, and to incorporate said descr.ibed property unconditionally
into the C-1, Neighborhood Commercial, Zone.
