NOW, TtiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Meheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject
PeUtion for Coaditionel Use Permit, up~n t6e foliowing condltlons which are hereby found to be e aecessary pcerequisite
to the proposed uae of the subject property ia oeder to preserve the safety and generel welfere of the Citiaens of the
Ciry of Aaeheim:
1. That the o~ers of sub~ect property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land
~53 feet in ~dth fraa tt~e cen erlipp of the street, along La Palma Avenue and ~lagnolia Avenue
for street widen~n purposes.
2. That stree~ 3 vement plans shall be preparsd and aIl engineering requirements of the
Cit~of An~~ie~finea~on~~a Pa~ma Avenu~ an~~l Id olia Avenue~ such as curbs an~ c~~tters s id~lke~
str t gra p rng, ainage ac tit~~s, or ataer ppurtenant ~vork s a ba cbmple e
as requirad by the City Engineer ar~ in accordance ~ith standard p;ans and specifications on
file in the off tce of the City Fngineer or that a bond in an amount and form satisfactory to
the City of ~Aeim shall be posted wit~ the City to guarantee the installation of said
engineer~ng requirements.
3. ihat t~e ornYSrs of subjeat property shall ~ay to the City of Mahei~n the sum of 52.00
per.frortt foot along La Palma avenue and kagnolia venue; for street lightiag purposes.
4. That the oNners of cub~ec~ property shall pay to the City of Maheim the snm of 15~
per front foot along La Palma venue and Yagnolia Avenue for tree planting purposes.
5. 7hat Conditton Nos. 1, 2 3~ anc~ 4, above mentioned shall be camplied v~itti prior to
the time that the Building Permi~ is issued or. within a per~od of .180 days from date hereof,
vrhichever occ~s first, or such further time as the Coum3ssion or.City Council may grant.
6a ihat trash storage areas sha21 be provided in accorc}ance with approvect plans~on file
with the office of the Director of Public 1Rorks, prior to fina2 building inspection.
7. That subject ro Ysh 11 be developed substantially i[~ accordance with lans and
specifications on file th the ~ity of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1 through 12 ~or the
northerly ortion~ provided however that the proposed parking area be develo d in accordance
with all Code requirements and f»r~her provided, that a 3-foot strip of land~aping ad~acent
to the La Palma Avenue ri ~t-of-way be installed with landscaping and i.ri ati4n facili ies
and that plans for said l~ndscaping shall be s~hmitted to and approvec3 by ~fie 5uperfntenden~ of
Parkway Mtaintenance rior to final building inspection.
