uses withtn the City.and indicating the present belief af the Council as to
possible.future developmaa~. and redevelopmant of land within ~f~e Cityf and
~fHEREAS, the City..~lannin9 Co~mission of the City of Anahei~'d~'d receive '
a verif.ied Fetition fnr Conditional Use Permit No. 598, which petition has im-
plications.on,Palicias.as axpressed•cn said General Plah; and
11F{EREAS, in confunction with thb.notice of the hearing on said conditional i;
nee permit9 notice was also given regarding thu consideration of an amendment to ~
the.General Plan in the gAner~l location and vicinity of subfect property of said ~
copditional usa permits and
y~RFAR~ ±he City Planning ~ommission did hold a public hearing at the Citv ~
Hall in the City of Maheim on July 20, 1964, at 2c00 PaMa, notice of said public
hearing.having.been..duly.given.as required by law and in accordance with the ,
provfsicns of the Maheim Municipal Code, to hear and consider evidence for and r
agair~st said.amendment to the..General Plan and said proposed Petition for Conditional
Usa Permit to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection ~j
therewithy and
wI~REAS. said Commission after due inspection, investigation, and study
made by itself 3nd in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offexed at said hearing, ~~ HFRE~Y FIND
1~ That evidence was presented at said hearing which justifies the City
Planning Co~ission's recommending to the City Council a change in
the present general description and extent of land uses in the
aforemeatioaed aTAa of La Paima Avonue and Magnolia-Street.
2, That Exhihit "A" of General Plan Ame:itiment Noa 29 does constitute
an acce~table alternative to current policies as illustrated on the
Genaral Plan.
