. NOY1, THFREPORE~ BE IT RESOLYID that the Anaheim City Planning Commisbion does hereby
recommend to the City Council cf the City of Anaheim that sub~ect Petition for Reclassification
be approved and, by so doing, that Title 18-Zoning of the Maheim IAunicipal Code be amended
to exclude the above descr.ibsd proparty from the R-A, Rasidential Agricultural, Zone, and to
incorporate said descrihed property into the R-3, Multiple Family Residential, Zone, upon the
following conditions which aza hereby found to be a neceseary prerequisite to the proposed use
of sub~ect property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the citizens of the
City of Mah~im.
1. That ths owners of subject property shall deed to the City of Maheim a strip of land
