NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Meheim City Pleaning Commission does hereby grent subject
Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upoa the following conditions which ere hereby found to be e necessery pcecequisite
to the proposed use of the sabject property in order to preserve the safety end generel welfere of the Citizena of ffie
City of Aneheim:
lo That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Maheim the sum of 15¢
per front foot along BaTi Road and Ciaudina Place, for tree planting purposes.
2o That the owners of subject property shall pay t~ the City of Maheim the swn of $2v00
per front foot along Ball Road and Claudina Place, for street lighting purposese
3o That Condition Nose 1 and ~ above mentioned9 shall be complied with prior to the
time the building permit is issued or within a period of 180 days from date hereof,
whichever occurs first, or such £urther time as the Camnission or Council may gran,c.
4o That covered trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved pla~s
on file with the office o£ the Director of Public Works prior to final building inspectione
5o That subject property sha11 be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with tt~e City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit No. 1 through 3a
