4. That.Coadition Nos. 1 and 3~ above mentioned, shall be complied with within a p~rriod
of 180 days.from the date hereof, or such further time as the City Council may grant.
5o That subject property shall.be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
'specifications on file with the City of Mahe;m, marked Exhibit Noe 1, provided howi4V~~r,
that any future plans for redevelopment of the property shall be submitted to the'Plannirig
