facilities was to service the residents and owners of the tract, and not the general public.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thqt the Maheim City Plannina Commisaion does hereby grant subject
Petition Eor Coaditionel Use Permit, upon the following cronditions which ere hereby fouad to be e necesaery prerequisite
to the pmposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the aafety end generel welfese of the Citizens of the
City of Aneheim: '
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on
file with the office of the Director of Puhlic Works, prior to final building inspectiono
2. That a final tract map of subject property be approved by the City Council and
racorded in the c::ice o: the Orange County Recerder.
3. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans
and specif ications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2, provided
however, that the chain link fence and gate separating the pool area from the main recreation
area shall be a minimum of five feet in height; and that a 6-foot masonry wall shall be
constructed along the north, south, east and west boundaries:
