A RESOLUl'ION OF THE CITY PLANNING CAMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
REOOMWIEPmING TO THE CITY COUNCIL 0 F THE CITX OF ANAHEIM THAT
GEP"~,RAL PLAN AMEND6/.EM N0, 33 BE APPROVID
WH~FAS, the City Council of the City o: Ana;~eiT did adopt a General Plan by
Resolution No. 63R-869, showing the general description and extent of land uses within
the City and indicating the present belief of the Council as to possible future dev-
elopment and xede~elopment of land within the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive verified
k~etitions for Reclassification Noa 64-65-19 and Conditional Use Permit Noo 614, which
petitions h~ve~impiications on policies as expressed on said General Plan; and
WHERFJ~S, in conjunction w~th the notice of the hearing on said reciassification,
notice was also given regarding the consideration of an amendment to the General
Plan in tfie general location and vicinity of subject property of said Reclassification
and Conditiona]. Use Permit; and
WHERE4S9 the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall
io.the City of Maheim on August 17, 1964, at 2s00 PoMo, notice of said public hearing
having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the provisions of
the Maheim t~unicipal Code, to hear and consider evidence for and against said
amendment to the General Plan and said proposed Petitions for Reclassification and
Conditionai Use Permit to investigate and make findings and recommendations in
connection therewiih; and
YlHFREASā€˛ said Commission after due inspection, investigation, and study made by
itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports
offez~ed at said hearing, ~ES HERIDY FIND
~, That evidence was urr~sented at said heari,.~ which justifies the City
Planning Commission's recommending to the City CounciY a change in the
present general description and extent uf land uses in the aforementioned
area,.bounded on the north by Anaheim City limits, on the east by a single
family subdivision 300 feet east of Euclid Avemie, and on the south by
Orangewood Avenue, and on the west by Euclid Avenuee
2. That Exhibit "A" of General Plan Amendment No. ?'a does con~titute an
acceptable alternative to current policies as illustrat~~ on the General
Plano
