Petltion for Coaditional Use Pecmit, upon the folloafag conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in otder to preserve the safety and genecal welfere of the Citizens of the

le That the owner of subject property shall deed to the City of Maheim a strip of land
53 feet in width, from the center line of the street, along Lincoln Avenue, for street widertir-c'
