NOW, TFiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aeaheim City Plenning Commiasion does hereby grant subject
Peti~tion for Condittonal Use Pemiit, npoa the following conditioas which ere hereby found to be e aeceasary prcrequlslte
~o the proposed use of the anbject peopecty ia ordec to preeerve the safety and generel welfaro of the Citizens of the
Citq oE Anaheim: •
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on
file with the office of the Director of Public Morks.
2. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and !
specifications on file with the City of Maheim, marked Exhibit No. 1. '
3. That all air conrlitioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view from !
abutting streets.
4. That a six foot masonry wall shall be constructed along the northwest and west property i
lines where adjacent to Lot Nos. 14 and 15 of tract No. 2903.
5. That Condition Nos. 1, 3, and 4, above mentioned~ shall be complied with prior to
final building inspection.
