YIHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Maheim did adnpt a General Plan
by Reso2ution Noo E3R-869, showing thQ general dE•scription and extent of land
usea within the City and indicating the present belief of the City Council as
to poss3ble future develapment and.redevelopment of land within the City; and
WHERF~IS, the City Pianning Commissian of the City of Anaheim did receive
a rerified Petitldn for Reclassification ti~e. 64-65-2:, which petition has implications
on po:icies as expressad an said Gpnaral Plan; and
WHEREAS, in conjunctior~ with the notice of the hearing on said Reclass-
ification, notice~ was also given regarding the consideration of an amendment to
the General Plan in the general location and vicinity of sub~ect property of said
reclassificationq and
WHFREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Maheim on lUgust 319 i964, at 2e00 0°clock pomoY notice of
said public hearing.having been c:uly given as required by law and in accordance
with the provisiona of the.Anaheim Municipal Code9 to hear and consider evidence
.fer.and against sald Amendment to the General Plan and said proposed Petition for
reclassif3cation to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connectior.

by itself and in its behelf and after dut consideration of a12 evidence and

of Lincoln Avenue.
2. That na evidance was presented at said hearing which
would justify the City P.lanning Co~nission recommending
a change in the above-mentioned policies to the Cii:y
Cauncll.
3. Ihat Exhibit "A".of General Plan Amdndment Noo 35 does

policies as illustrated on the General Plane

of Maheim does hereby recwmaend to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
subject.General Plan Amendment be disapproved on the basis of the aforementioned
