A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING ~Id1AISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHQM R~dWE1~I1~ TO THE

WI~REA~, the City Council of the City of Maheim did fnitiate a verified Petition for
Reclassification No. 63-64-92 proposing the reclassification of four parcels of land on the
nor.th s.ide of Ball Road westerly .of Dale Avenue te the R-3, Multlple Family Residential Zone
to allow for the logical orderly development of the remaining vacant parcels between existing
muliiple family devel,opment on north side of Ball Road, ~nd ;
YYFIERFAS, the. City F'lanning Comsnission did hold a pi~blic hearing at the City Hall in the
Clty of Anaheim on Harch 2, and September 14~ 1964, at 2~.00 0'clock P.W.~ notice of said hearings
having been duly given as required.by law, to hear and consider evids^~e for and against said :
proposed Petition for Reclassification No. 63-64-92 and Area Developmeni: Plan No. 4, and to
investigate.and make.f.indings aad recoauaendations in connection therewith, and
W}~REAS, said Commission after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself
and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said
hearings9 does find and determine the following facts~
le Area Development Plan No..4 was advertised in con~unction with Reclassification
Noo 63-64-92, for.the purpose of establishing a policy for the completion of
secandary circulation which has already.been provided, in part, on three of the
properties presently developed in the areae
2a That the City'.s informal requirement for the provision ef an alley at the nor•th
end of the properties,.as has been completed across three of the properties, be
formalized by the ad~ption of Area Development Plan No. 4 so that said policy
may.be officially.recorded for the benefit of the property owners and developers
of the .undeveloped properties affected by said p~ane
3a That Area Development Plan No. 4 incorporates various alternative alignments
which wouLd result in the completion of the alley from Dale Avenue westerly and
southerly ta.BaL1 Road,
4. That an alley easement exists for the three par•cels presently developed for
multiple family purposese
5e That Area Development Plan Na. 4 represents a feasible method of providing adequate
circulation for all parcels fxonting on Ball Road when developed fox multiple
family.residential purposes.
1~W~ THEREF~RE~ BE IT RFSOLVfiD.that the.City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim
does hereby adopt Area.Development Plan No. 4, Exhibit "A", and recommends to the City Council
of the City of Anaheim its adoption of ~aid Area Development Plan to represent an official
policy statement for the logical, orderly development of the secondary circulation facilities
in conjunction ~rith the ultimate development of said properties.
