Zone r-ithin 75 feet of a single family residence on subfect property.
2. That the granting o1F the Conditional Uae Permit under the conditions imposed,
if any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfere of the
Citizens of the City of Maheim.
3. That the existing use was established under Reclassification No. 61-62-97.
4. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.
