WHEREAS, the City PlanninQ Coma:ission of the Gty of Maheim did initiate a verified Petitiun
for Reclasaification on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as desaribed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto

the A-3, lsvltiple Family Residential, Zone to the R-A, Residential Agric~s;tural, Zone to
establish an e~cisting City parkeite in its most appropriate zone.
2. 'fhat the propossd xeclassification is in conformance with the General Plan.
3, ihat the exiating c].aasification of sub,ject property was established under
lhclassification Nos. 56-97.~9.~ 59-60-15 and 60.61-16.
4. That Yariance ~10. 350 be terminated.
