WHEREAS, the City Planning Commissioo of the City of Anaheim did approve Conditional
Use Permit Na. 617, on August 31, 1964, by Resolution No. 1310, Series 1964-65, and
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did find that the proposed Hofbrau with on- ~
sale beer should be denied based on the fact that the proposed Hofbriu was a beer bar, end, ~

WHERFAS, said resolution did ~ot contain a specific denial o~ said Hofbrau with on- i
sale heer{ •
NOW,•THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 1310 be amended by specif~cally ;
approving the proposed restaurant with on-sale beer end the proposed restaurant with on-
sale liquor but that.the•proposed Hofbrau with.on-sale beer be denied.
