a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of sub~ect property in order to preserve the
safety and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheim,
lo That the completion of these reclassification proceedings is contingent upon the
granting of Yariance hoo 1660.
2o That•the owners of subject property shall deed to the City oF Anaheim a strip of
land six (6) feet in width along the northerly property line of subfect property for alley
widening pur~oses, and shall be complied with wichin a period of 180 days from date hereof,
or•such f;u~ther time as the City Council may grant=
3o That sub~ect property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nose 1, 2, and 30
