of 180 days frOm date hereof, or such further time as ~he City Council may grant.
6. That Condition Nos. 3 and 49 above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final
building inspection.
7o That sub~ect property shall be devalopad substantially in accordance vrith~plans and
spscificatione on file with the City of Maheimy marked Exhibit Nosa 1, 2, and 3.
8~ That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view from abut-
