1. That this vaxiance is granted subject to the completion of Rec'lassification No. 64-65-37.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plana on file
with the office of the Director of Public 1Yorks.
3e ihat fire hydrants shall be installad as requi.red and determined to be r.acessary by the
Chief of the Fire Departmente
4, That the owners of subiect property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 525.00
pe.r dwelling unit9 to be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid at the
time the building permit is issued.
5e That Condition Nos. 2 and 39 above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final
building inspectiono
6e That subject property shall be developed substantially i:~ accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Revision Noo 19 Exhibit Nose 2 and 3,
