That an amendiuent to the General Plan is deeme~ unnecessary, because the size of the parcel proposed for reclassification would not ger.¢rally affect the City's policies in this area. ~ 3e That the p:esent use of sub,~ect property is ~ 24-unit planned unit development. 4, That the existing use was established under Conditional Use Permit No. 84. 5.
