A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMLSSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECObatENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHF.IM THAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0. 64-65-51 gg pPPROVED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commissioa of the City of Meheim did initiate _a verified Psti.tion for
Reclassification on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of O:ange,
State of California, described as the North 146022 feet of the South 15 acres of the East
18.35 acres of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 18, ToMnship 4
South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as sho~n on a Map recorded in Book 51,
page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, excepting therefrom
the Westerly 30 feet lyinq xithin the right of ~ay of Velare Street

by lea and in accocdence with the proviaions of the Maheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.72,to hear end consider evl-
dence for and egainat seid proposed reclessificetion end to investigate and meke ftadings end recommendeUons in

WHEREAS, said Commisstoa, aRer due iaepection, iavestigatlon, ead study mede by +teelf end in Its behalf,
and aftet due Coasl~:eteUon of ell evidence and repods oHeted at said hearing, does fivd and determiae the followieg

1. That the Planning Corrcni:,sion propose:, the reclassification of the above described
property from the R-A, Agricultural, Zone to establish an exi~ting Mlultiple Family Residential
Development as a ~onforming use in the R-29 Multiple Family Residential, Zone.
2. That an amendiuent to the General Plan is deeme~ unnecessary, because the size of
the parcel proposed for reclassification would not ger.¢rally affect the City's policies in
this area. ~
3e That the p:esent use of sub,~ect property is ~ 24-unit planned unit development.
4, That the existing use was established under Conditional Use Permit No. 84.
5. That no one appeared in opposition to subjzci petition.
