A RESbLUfION OF THE CITY PLANNING ODA~IISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHIIM AMENDINp
RESOLUfION NDo 574, SERIES 1962~639 BY THE DELEfION OF GONDII'IOW PAo 4
WHEREAS9 the City Planning Cortenission did grant V.ariance Noe 1539 on December 27,
I962 in Resolution Noa 574, Series 1962-63, subject to conditions, and
WNEREAS, Cor.dition No. 4 of said resolution required the reclassification of sub~ect
propertK to. the R-ly One•-Family Resideni:ial, Zone, and
WHERFAS9 a request from the agent for the petitioner asking that said condition be
deleted, because.of a hardship invclved, and
WNFREAS9 the City P.2anning Commission has embarked upon a program to reclassify all
properties within the City limits to their most appropriate zoningo
NOW, THERFFORE9 BE IT RESOLVID that the City Planning Commission of the City of Maheim
doas hereby amend ResoZution Ne~ 5749 Series 1962-639 by the deletion af Condition Noo 4,
based on the fact that the City can initiate reclassification proceedings on sub,ject property
as part of the program for the r~^lassification of those properties within the City which are '
not in their appropriate zone~
