Tbatthe proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wite permit the operation of a training center in the C-0, Commercial Office, Zone. 2. ?hat the proposed use wi~l not adversely affect the ad,~oining land uses and the yroyrth and development of the area in which it is proposed to be located. 3. That the si<e and shape of thc~ site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the proposed use :r, a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, healt}-, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 4.
