ZHAT PETITION FOR CONDTfIONAL USE PERYIT NO. 49 HE ~MED
~HEREAS, the dtp Pl~mnine Commission of the City of Aaaheim did initiate a varified Petition for
Conditional Use Permit on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to
herein as though set forth in full

1. Tbatthe proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized
by this Code, to wite permit the operation of a training center in the C-0, Commercial
Office, Zone.
2. ?hat the proposed use wi~l not adversely affect the ad,~oining land uses and the
yroyrth and development of the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the si<e and shape of thc~ site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the
full development of the proposed use :r, a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor
to the peace, healt}-, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any,
will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of
the City of Maheim.
5. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.
