that the height limit be one story within 150 feet of R-1, One Family Residen±ial9 Zone,
Section 18032~.1209 which requires 1} parking spaces for each unit to develop sub~ect property
with a l0 unit 2-story apartment w4th 12 covered and one uncovered parking spaceso
2~ That there are no exceptional or extraordinary circumstances or conditions applicable
to the property involvPd or to the intended use of the property that do not apply generally to.
the property or class of use in the same vicinity and zone~
3. That the requested variance is not necessa~y for the preservation aid en,~oyment of a
