A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION NO. 64-65-58 BE APPROVED
WHEREAS, the City Plenniag Commisaion of the City of Maheim did initiate a verified Petition for
Reciassification on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, described as the South 230 feet of the West 120 feet of the Southeast
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 21, in Townshi~ 4 South, Range 10 West, in the
Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 51, page 10,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange Countyo
Property owned by~ Callye R. Baumberger, 1593 West Cerritos Avenue, Anaheim, California.

WNEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold e public hearing et the City Hell in the City of pneheim on
November 23~ 1964~ at 2:00 o'cl~ck P.M., notice of said public heering having been duly given as required
by law ond in eccordence with the provisions of the Maheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear end conaider evi-
dence for end egainst said proposed reclessificetion and to investigate end make findings end recommendetions ia
conneMion therewith: and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspectlon, investigation, and study mede by itself end in its behalf,
nnd afler duc considcration of all evidcncc and repods offcred aY said hcaring, does find and detertnine the tollowing
fects:
1. Thet the eowrisiow pmposes a reclessification of the above described~property Erom the R-A9 AgriCUltural~
Zone to the R-1, One Family Residen+ial, Zoneo -
2o That the proposed reclassification is in conformance with the General Plan.
3. ?hat the proposed reclassification was a condition of approval of Variance No. 1539,
subsequent to the Commission's action this condition was deleted from the requiremento
4. That the proposed reclassification of subject property is necessary and/or desirable for
the orderly and propex development of the community.
5. That the proposed reclassification of subject property does properly relate to the zones
and their permitted uses locally established in close proximity to subject property and to the
zones and their permitted uses generally established throughout the communitye
6e That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.

that Tide 1&Zoniaa of the Maheim Municipal Code be ameeded to e:clude the ~bove described ptoQerty from the
R-A, Agriculturat, Zone, and to incorporate said described property into the R-1, One-Family
Residential, Zone, unconditionally.
