that Title 18-Zoala~ oE the Aa~heim ~lunicipai Code bs ameaded to e:clnde t1~a ~bove dsscribed psoperty from the
R-1, One-Family Residential, and R-2, Multiple-Family Residential, Zones, and to incorporate
said described property into the C-0, Commercial Office, Zone, upon the~following conditions
which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of subject property
in order to preserve the safet and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheimo
laThat the owner of sub~ect property shail pay to the City of Anaheim tte sum of 15~ per
front front foot along Center Street, for tree planting purposese
