1. That final plans for develoFment be submitted to Development Review prior to issuance
of a building parmit.
2. ?hat sidewalks be installed along Freedman Way in front of the restaurant and extending
to the sidewalk constructed in front of the Melodyland Theater, as required by the City Engineer
and in accordance with stan.dard plans and specifications on file in the off ice of the City
Fngineer.
3. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file
with the office of the Director of Public Workso
4. That Condition Nose 1 and 2, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final
building inspection,
5. That the proposed structure shall not exceed the 75-foot height limitation established
in the C~.cuoercial Recreation Area in the City of Maheim.
6. I'hst the :,wner of sub,~ect property shall pay to the City of Anaheim 52.00 per front
foot along Freedman 1May or that streets lights shall be installed, if not aiready provided for
under Conditional Use Permit No. 1A6, along Freedman Ylay, in accordance with street '_ighting
plan approved by tne Utilities Director of the City of Anaheime
