PC 1964-1965-1465~ ~ RESOLUTION NO< 1465, Series 1964-65 A RFSOLUTION'OF THE CITY PLANNING C~MMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM REOOMMENDING I'0`THE CITY '~UNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHIIM THE AME1dDMENT OF THE LI~iAL DESCRIPTION OF RECLASSIFICATYON NOo 62-63-112. WHEREAS, the City Council approved in Resolution of Intention No. 63R-777 on October 1, 1963, Reclassification Noo 62-63-112 reclassifying said property to the R-3, Multiple Family Residential, Zone upon the completion of conditions; and WHEREAS, the City Cwncil approved in Resolution of Intention No. 64R-806 on NovembeT 4, 1964, Reclassification No. 64-65-28, reclassifying a 150 x 150 foot portion of property, originally approved for R-3, Zoning in Reclassification No. 62-63-112, to the C-1, Neighborhood Commercial, Zone to permit the establishment of a service station on said propertyo NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVID that the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim does hereby recommend to the City Council the amandmeit of the legal description referred to as Exhibit "A", by the substitution hereto of Revised "Exhibit A", and referred to herein as though set forth in fu119 incorporating property reclassified to the R=3, Multiple Family Residential, Zone in Reclassification Noo 62-63-112, excepting therefrom the 150 x 150 foot portion reclassified to the ~-1, Neighborhood Commercial, Zone in Reclassification Noo 64-65-28.
