which-are.hereby found to be a necessary pserequisite to the proposed use of sub~ect
property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the citizens of the City of
Anah81~~ ihat trash storage areas shall be provided ir~ accardance with approved plans on
f~ls ~vith the office of tha Director of Public lYorks, prior to.final buildi~g inspection.
2. That~•this~Co~ditional Use Permlt is granted sub~ect to the completion of
Realassification No~ 64 65-78.
