PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0. 64-65-81 gE APPROVED
WHEREAS, the Citq Plannieg Commission o4 ths City of M~hslm did initiate a' verified Petition for
Reclassification on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, described as the Westerly 180 feet of the Northeily 173'feet of Lot 1,
Trac~ 162, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 12, page 6 of MiscellanRous Maps~ records of
said•Orang~ County; Except therefrom those portions described in the' aeea6 to the City of
Anaheim, recorded December 7, 1955 in Book 3308, page 371 of Official. Records, and August 1,
1958 in Book 4370, page 4 of Ofiicial Records of said Orange County

S.Th~tthe,p~nning Commission prcposes the reclassification of the above described
pi~operty from the G3, Heavy Commercial, 2one deed restricted to service station use only,
t~o.~~stablish an existing serv.ice station as a conforming use to the C-1, Zone.
2. That an amendment to the General Plan is deemed unnecessary, because the size of
tM :}~arcel proposed for reclassification would not generally affect the City'spolicfes in
ttiis area. ~ „
3. That the present use of subject property is a service station.
4. T6at the existing use was established under Reclassification No. 61-62-57.
5. That no one appeared in opposition to sub~ect petition.

Neighborhood Commercial, Zone, unconditionally.
