1.T6~tthe planning Commission proposes the reclassification of the above deacribed
property froro the R-3, IAultiple Family Residential~ Zone to establish an existing auto
repair shop and a container manufacturer as a conforming use in the U!-1, Zone.
2. That the proposed reclassification is in conformance with the General Plan.
3. That the present use of subject property is an auto repair shop and contaiaer
manufacturer.
