2. That although the proposad use, if approved, would not be consistant with a strict
interpretation of land use symbole on the General Plan, it constitutes such a minor deviation

3. That the petitioner etipulated at the first public haaring that he would develop
subject property with commarcial usas .on the Lincoln Avenue frontage and single family

4.~That tha.proposQd reclassification is in~ompatible with the established single family
resic~ential ~oYOlo~unant oo the southerly boundary of subject property.
5. That the pa~oposed rec:assification would be an encroachmeat of coumercial uses in a
primarily residential area on the 5nbassy Avenue frontage.
6. That 7 persons appeared in opposition to subject petition.
