A RESOLUTiON OF THE CITY PLANNIDTG COMMISSdON OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 1684 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Plenaing Commission of the City of Meheim did roceive e ved9ed Petition for Vedaace
from COSTA Iu~SA SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, 1895 Newport Boulevard, Costa Mesa, California,
Owner; DAVID W. HOOK, 1786 West Lincoln, Suite A, Anaheim, California, Agent of certain real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as
the North 2.88 acres of the East half of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of
the Southeast quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. 8 M.
; and
WHEREAS, the City Plaaaing Commiasioa did hold a pubUc headag st the City Hall in the City of Aaahelm
on February 1, 1965~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as requieed
by Ina and in eccordance wtth.~the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear and consider
evidence for and agaiost said prapoeed veriaace and to inventigate and make Eladiage and cecommeadations in connec-
tlon therewith; aad
WFIEREAS, eaid Commisslen, after due inspection, investlaation, aad study made by itself and in its behdf,
aad aRer due consideration of all evidence and reports o4feeed as n~id headng, does find end detetmine the fo:lowing
facte:
1. Thet the petitioner requeste e vadance from the Anaheim Municipel Code: Section 18.4C:070(3-a) which
requixes that within 150 feet of any R-A Zone the height limitation shall be not more than
one half the distance from a building or structure within a residential zone or R-A Zone
boundary, to permit the development of subject property with a two story structure 27 Feet
high.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Aaeheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subJect
Petltioa for Variance, upon U-e following conditions which ere hereby fouad to be e neceasary preroquleite to the pco-
posed use of the subject property in order to pceserve the safety and generel welfare of the Citizens of the Ciry of
Aneheim.
i. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file
with the office of the Director of Public Works.
2. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by
the Chief of the Fire Department.
3. That this Variaace is granted~subject to the completion of Reclassification
Noe 64-65-88.
4. That Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above mertioned, shall be complied wi.th prior to final
building inspection.
5. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Maheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.
6. That the proposed drive-in service buiiding shall be operated for carry out service
on1y, as stipulated by the petitioner.
7. That ali air conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view from abut-
ting streets, prior to final building inspectione
