A SESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 1681 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the Ciry Plaaning Commiaeion of the City of Meheim did receive a ved9ed PetlUon for Vadence '
from DONALD W. PAYNE, 2450 Transit Avenue, Anaheim, California, Owner of certain rea.? property '

by lea ead in eccordence with the provisiana of the Maheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear and coasider

tlon therewith; and
WFIEREAS, said Commission, after due inepection, investlaetlon, aad etudy made by ltself and in its behalf,
and aEter due consideradon of all evldence and ropode oHeeed as eaid headn~, does £ind and deteimine the following
fecta:
1. Tltet the petitioner requeeta e vadance from the Anaheim Municlpal Code: Section 18.24.030(3) which
re4uires..that the..minimwn rear yard shall be 25 feet, provided however, if an equal area is
provided elsewhere on the lot, said rear lot may be reduced to 10 feet, to permit the construc-
tion of an addition within 5 feet 8 inches of the property line.

Petition for Vedence, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequiaite to the pro-
poaed use of the subject property in order to peesecve the safety and general welfere of !he Citizens of the City of
Meheim.
