NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Pleaaiag Commiesion does hereby grant subject
Petltloa for 'Vadance, upon the following coaditiona which ere hereby found to be e necessary prereqnisite to the peo-
posed use ~of the aubject propeety in o!der to peeaerve the safety aad geaerel welfere oE the CiUseaa of the City oE
Mahdm.
1. 3t trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file
with the office of the Director eF Public Works.
2. That fire hydrants shall be instailed a, required and determined to be necessary by the
Chief of the Fire Departme~it.
3. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00
per dwelling unit, to oe used for parlc and recreat_on purposes, said amount to be paid at the
time the building permit 3s issueda
4. That Condition Noso 1 and 2, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final
building inspection.
5. That this Variance is granted subject to the completion c~f Reclassification No. 64-65-71.~
5. That subjeci property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Maheim, marke9 Revision No. 1, Exhibit Nos. 1 through 4.~
7. That all air-conditioning facilities shall '~e properly shielded from view from abutting
streets9 prior to final building inspection. ~
