which requires yards at predetermined widths to develop sub~e~ct property with two story apart-

2. 'Ihat the Commission upon reviewing the plans with the arcbitect for the petitioners,
deemed that the plans can be reviaed eliminating the waiver of the required yards, and thereby
denies the request of waiver of said required yards.
