A RESOLllTION OF 7HE CITY PLANNIHG OOMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMfNDING
(ANDITION NOo 1 OF RESOLUTION N0, 1521, SERIES 1964-65 APPROVZNG i70NDI;'TONAL
USE PERMIT NOo 665, BY RIDUCING THE NU4IBFR OF FEEf 'Pp gE DF~ICATFD FOR S.REEf
WIDENING PURPOSESo.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission approved Conditional Use Permit No. 665,
in Resolution No. 1521, Series 1964-65 on February 1, 1965; and
WHEREAS, Condition Noo 1 of said resolution as a condition of approval requireda ?
That the owners.of subject property shall deed to the City of ~
,Anaheim a stsip Df land 45 feet in width, from the center line ~
of the street., along Richfieid Road, for street widening purposes."

WNEREpS, the petit3oners of Conditional Use Permit Noe 665 submitted a*equest
to the Planning Department to determine the feasibility of reducing Richfield Road
from the future alignment of La Palma Avenue on the north to the Santa Ma River
on the south to a coliector street; and
WHEREAS, an investigation revealed that at the time the Planning Commission and
City Council approved an amendment to the General Pian by the adoption ef a general
alignment and extension of La Palma Avenue easterly to the Imperial Highway the
aesignation of Richfield Road from that future alignment was also changed to designate
Richfield Road as a collector street; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department determines that a 32 foot half-width dedication
was only reqi:ired under Condition No> 1 of Resolution No~ 1521, Series 1964-65, aranti~g
Conditional Use Permit No. 6650
NOYV9 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVID that Condition No. 1 of Resolution No, 1521, Series
i964-65 granting Condition Use Permit Noo 665 be amended to read as follows based on
the foregoing faciss
"That the owners of subject property shall deed to the City of
Anaheim a strip of land 32 feet in width, from the center line
of the street9 alcng Richfield Roady for street widening purposes."
