NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Maheim City Plenning Commisaion does hereby grent aubject
P~tition for Conditlonel Use Permit, upon the follo~ving conditions which ere hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite
ta the proposed use of the subject property in order to preaerve the sefery aad general welfare of the Citizena of the
City of Aneheim:
1. That the o•rvners of subject property shall deed to the City of Pnaheim a strip of land
60 feet in width, from the center line of the street, along Katella Avenue, for street wideninc
purposes, including 15-foot radius corner rPturns.
2. That street improvement plans shall be prepa.red and all en9ineering requirements of
the City of Anaheim along Katella Avenue, Mai...~~rster A;~enue and Mouniain View Avenue, such as
curbs and 4utters, sidewalks, stre~t grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurte-
nant woric snall be completed as required by the City. Engineer and in accordance with standard
plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer; or that a bond in an
amoimt and form satisfactory to the City of Maheim shall be posted with the City to guarantee '
the installation of said engineering requirements.
3. That the owners of sub3ect property shail pay to the City of M aheim the sum of $2.00 '
er front foot along Katella Avenue, Manchester Avenue and Mountain View AvenuQ, for street
Pighting p~poses.
4. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15¢
per front foot along Katella Avenue, Manchester Avenue and Mountain View Avenue, for tree
planting purposes.
5. That trash storaqe areas shall be provided in accordanr.e with aooroved plans on file
with the c:f:::e of the Di~ector of Pulbic ~vorks, prior to_final building inspection.
6a That c:onaition Nos. 1, 2, 39 and 4, above mentioned, shall be complied with within a t
pQ;ica of i80 days from the date hereof, or such further time as the City Counci.l may grant.
7. That this conditior4al use permit is granted sub~ect to the completion of Reclassifi-
cation Noo 64-65-83.
8. That the service s~ation be developed substantially in accordance with service sta'ion :
site development standards City Council Resolution No. 64R-151) as an:ended to fit the
irregularly shaped parcelo '~
