March 1, 1965, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid publlc hearing heving been duly givea as requued by
law end ia eccocdance arit}- the proviaions of the Anaheim Muaidpal coda, Chapter 18.64, to heat and coasider evidence
for end egeinst said proposed coaditioaal use and to investlgete aad meke findiags and recommeadettons ia coanectioa
therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inapection, ioveetlgetion, aad study made by itaelf aad in ite behelf, aad
eftec due coasideretion of ell evideace and repods offered at seid heacing, doea find end determiae the following facts:
1. Thet the proposed use is properly oae for which e Coaditioaal.Use Pecmit is anthorlsed by Wls Code, to
wit: establish an industrial office complex on a site of less than five acres.
2. That the pmposed use Will not adversely affect the adJoiniag land usoe ~ud the growth ead development of
the azea in which it is proposed to be loceted.
3. Thet the size and ehape of the aite proposed ;or the uae is adequate to alloa ffie Eull development of We
