Reclassification on certain real property situatpd :n the City of AnaAeim, County of Orange,
State of California, described as the North 180 feet of the East 180 feet of the Northeast
quarter of Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown
on a Map thereof recorded in Book 51, page 7 et seq of Miscellaneous lr-aPs~ records of Orange

1.Thetthe City Planning Commission proposes a reclassification of the above described
property from the existing R-A, Zone to establish an existing service station as a conforming
usQ in _the G 1, Zone.
2. That an amendment to the General Plan is deemed unnecessary, because the size of the
parcel proposed for reciassification would not generally affect tt~e City's policies in this
area.
3. That the existing use was established under the County's ~urisdiction and Conditinnal
Use Permit No. 484.
4. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.

R-A~ Agricultural,.Zone~ and to incorporate said described property into the C-1, General
Commercial, Zone, unconditionally.
