Petltioa for Vadence, upon the following conditions which ero hereby found to be e aecesaery prorequisite to the pro-
;possd uae of the subject property in order to preaerve the aeEety end generel welfere of the Citlaens of the City of
Aaehdm.
1. That the owners of subject property shall deed to the City of Maheim a strip of land
53 feet in width, from the center line of the street, along.State College Boulevard, for street
widening pur oses.
2e Tha~ the owners of subject property shall deed to the City of Maheim a strip of land
32 feet in width~ from the center line of the street, alung South Street, for street widening
purposese
3~ That street .improvement plans shall be prepared and ail engincering requirements of the
City of Anak~eim along State College Houlevaxd.and South Street, such as curbs and gutters, side-
waiks, street•grading and pavirx~ , dreinage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be com-
pieted as requ3red by ttte City Engineer and in accordance with standard pians and specifications
on f ile in the off ice of the City Bngineer; or that a bond in an amount and form satisfactory
to~the City of ARaheim shall be posted with the City to guarantee the installation af said
eng.ineerin~g requirements.
4. That the owners of sub3ect property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the snm of $2.00
per front foot along State College Boulevard and Soutf~ Street9 for stree' lighting purposes.
5. That the owners of sub,ject property shall pay to the City of Maheim the sum of 15~
per front foot along State College Soulevard and South Street for tree planting purposes.
6. 'fhat a 8ecord of Survey to record the approved divis~on of subject property be sub-
mi~tted to the City of AnaMeim-for review and then be recorded in the office of the Orange
County Recordere
