Ciqr ot An~elm:
1. That the owners of subject property shall deed to the City of Maheim a 15-foot corner
return at the southeast.corner of North Street and Anaheim Boulevard for street purposes.
2. That.trash..siorage areas .shall be provicied in accordance with approved plans on file
with the office of the Director of Public Works.
3. That the sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and driveways.shall be removed and/or reconstructed
along Anaheim Boulevard and North Street, as required by the City Engineer and in accordance
with stat~dard plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer.
4. That Condition No. 1, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to the time that
the Building Permit is.issned or within a period of 180 days from date hereof, whichever occurs
firstt or such furthe,r time as the Coromission or City Council may grant.
5. That Condition Nos. 2 and 3, above.mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final
building inspection.
6. That sub3ect property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
spec3f.3cations on file with the City of Maheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.
7. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with adopted
Service Station Minirtn:m Site Development Standards, prior to final building inspection.
