~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Moheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subJec;
peUtion toc Coaditional Use Permit, upon the following conditiona ahlch ere hereby found to be n necessary pcecequisite
~ the proposed uae of the subject property in orda to preserve the safety and general aelfare of the ClUzens of !he
Ity of Aa~heim:
1. That tk~e owners of subject property sha11 pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15¢ ~
pe~ front foat.along Sequoia Av.enue, for tree planting purposes. ;
2. That the sidewalks and driveways shall be installe~ along Sequoia Avenue, as required
by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the
office of the City Engineer. ;
3. That the crubs and gut±ers shall be repaired along Seyuoia Avenue, as required by the
C.ity Engiaeer and in accoxdance with standard plans and specificat£ons on file in the office
of the City Engineer.
4. That trash stoxage.areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file i
with the office of the Director of Public Works.
5. That Condition No. 1, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to the time that ~
the Building Permit 3s.issued_or.within.a perlod of 1B0 days from date hereof, whichever occurs `
first, or such further time as the..Commi.ssion or City Council may grant.
6e That Condition Nos. 2, 3 and 4, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior tc
final building inspection. '
7. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Noe 1.
